As the Cumbria Conservatives Mayoral Selection was taking place in Keswick. Amelia McCourty MBE popped in to see us in the W&L Office on the way up through the county.
We were delighted that she made the time to come and speak with us. As the former Chairman of Cheshire & Wirral Conservatives, Mrs McCourty has a wealth of knowledge and experience with the party.
She spoke with James Alexander, Taylor Hulme and Michael Nicholson before setting off up the A591 to Keswick to see Mike Starkie become the Conservative Party Candidate for Cumbrian Mayor.
